About the rental process

  1. Call or email us regarding the gear you would like to rent, or what you are trying to accomplish
  2. Answer some questions for our representatives
    • Your name
    • Your company
    • Your contact information
    • Equipment pickup date/time
    • Number of show days
    • Equipment return date/time
    • Primary onsite contact
    • Alternate contact
  3. We will write a quote for you and send it along with a rental contract and invoice
  4. If everything looks good, sign the rental contract and return it to us via fax, email, or in person
  5. Pay the Invoice before or on the pickup date
  6. Pick up the gear at our Alameda warehouse
  7. Have your party
  8. Return the gear to our Alameda warehouse

General Terms

  • We have a $250 minimum for most rentals
  • We require a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of the replacement cost of the gear
    • The Certificate of Insurance should name DaVinci Fusion Inc. as Additional Insured and Loss Payee in order to release our equipment to you.
  • We will require a signed rental contract before releasing any gear
  • Delivery, setup, and removal are not included unless specifically requested and arranged ahead of time
  • The invoice total is due on or before the rental pickup date
